Great insights. I have to agree on the problem with contracts. I think it is the root of this credit crisis. The government needs to step in and scrutinize/regulate the process of drafting these contracts. On the other hand, people should learn to read carefully contracts that they sign. Remember, a contract can be as powerful as a state law when things go awry for these companies. Wouldn't hurt to be more careful before signing.

Jackline says: If you would like to make a donation regarding the Kenyan post election violence, one can be sent online through the African Services Committee . Donors should specify the donation is for Kenya post election violence.

The interview was excellent and provided much needed insight, the divergence into the lives of Kenyans in diaspora could have been avoided by keeping focus on the important issues, well done Jackie for your views!!

Thanks for your view and I agree with you that ethnicity was not the problem. We actually held another forum where we debunked the Western media's view of the whole handling of the post election violence in the earlier days. Specifically Jeffery Gettleman of the New York Times was quick to release an article that was inaccurate. Thanks God we are past that phase but we hope that we can now work on building stronger institutions and utilize the reports of the commissions that have been called upon to find the truth.

Well, everybody is experiencing the damage cause by this long-term recession. Many would probably choose to lessen the budget to have enough money and save it because of the bad economy we have right now. Practicing frugal financing is sound financing planning. Poor spending habits rob you of more things than you can possibly imagine. Get away from the cycle of late payments, a payday loan, and debt by implementing a financial strategy that is both practical and realistic. Design and implement a budgeting strategy that will suit your needs while allow for progressive financial growth of your net worth. There is a lot more you can learn about frugal financing by reading the article series called "Frugal Financing" on the payday loan money blog at personalmoneystore.com.

Will you or won't you need fast payday loans to purchase a new Apple iPhone? I think you don’t want to lose this opportunity. There have been reports stating that Wal-Mart could have a 4 GB model by late December. Sources like Apple Insider claim there is a possibility that Apple and AT&T will supply Wal-Mart with the special model that could be sold for $99 with a two-year contract, which is half the price the 8 GB model sold for under the same carrier agreement. They may allow leeway to obtain the product without a need for a payday loan boost. All of this is still a rumor; however, it may tie into a more substantiated agreement by which Wal-Mart in many areas confirmed to begin selling iPhones on December 28th. The San Jose Mercury News caught a scoop by one Wal-Mart store manager stating that Apple had hoped to supply the discount stores with iPhones before Christmas but was unable to do so. One cell phone department manager in a Milpitas, California Wal-Mart informed the Mercury News that her store would be getting a 4 GB model and is expecting its arrival two days before Christmas. MacRumors is reporting that the $99 iPhone rumor is quite “unlikely.” Click here to learn more about Apple iPhones and Fast Payday Loans.

This is great approach to dealing with stress. Amazingly I had an opportunity to try calm breathing when I was interupted by a delivery person who came into the office building without proper authorization and got people upset. It really helped. We need thes sort of tools
